We prepare quarterly and annual SEC filings, such as forms 10Q and 10K and drive all communications with our client’s PCAOB auditors, securities attorneys, and the SEC.

General business, tax and financial consulting services are also available. In the past, we have negotiated compensation in the form of stock or cash, or a mixture of both stock and cash.

 
   
Services and responsibilities we typically offer our clients:  
• Oversight for financial and accounting purposes, for all Form 10-Q, Form 10-K,
Form S-1 or Form 10
• Filings with the SEC
• Preparation of financial statements including financial data
• Representation of the Company for accounting purposes in any communications or negotiations with the SEC with regard to Form S-1 of Form 10 filings, SEC inquiries or SEC investigations
