James Crane is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the State of Massachusetts.  He founded James T. Crane, CPA, a sole proprietorship, in June 1999.  The business evolved into what is now J. Crane & Company, P.C. (the “Firm”) in May 2006.  James has a vast knowledge base and practices in several distinct areas of the profession. However, he has specific strengths involving public company SEC compliance, the SEC finanical filing process, accounting research and opinion letters regarding advanced technical issues and business advisory services.
