For the past 12 years, Mr. Crane has served as Chief Financial Officer, member of the board of directors or as a financial consultant for various public companies listed on the NASDAQ, NYSE, NYSE Amex Equities and the NASDAQ Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB). Mr. Crane is the founder and sole owner of J Crane & Company Limited, Vitrius Limited and Sinoexec, Inc. J Crane & Company focuses on financial and accounting services for small to medium sized public companies or private companies that wish to go public in Asia or North America.
Virtrius is an investment advisory and investor relations firm servicing small public companies who are interested in raising capital or hiring a low cost, equity compensation-based investor relations firm.
Sinoexec is a recruiting firm focused on placing executive-level individuals in small public companies located in Asia and listed in North America.
