Ms. Sun joined J Crane & Company to expand its presence in China, and oversees all China-related business.
Since joining J Crane & Company, Ms. Sun has assisted with a reverse merger in January 2009, overseen SEC compliance for a $30M Chinese company traded in US, and assisted with a self filing of a $20M company.
Ms. Sun also plays a supporting role in business development in Asia. |
