  2. All full time employees are eligible upon date of hire
  3. 3. J. Crane & Company, P.C. match up to 3% of your salary, after you have contributed the first 1% of your salary to the 401(k) during any and each calendar year

Flexible Spending Account

  2. Eligible expenses can be deducted on a pretax basis, including dependant care expenses such as daycare, up to $5,000 annually.

Long Term Disability

  2. All full time employees are eligible six months from their date of hire, 100% of premium is paid for by J. Crane & Company, P.C.

Short Term Disability

Earned Time off and Holidays

  1. Employees are provided with paid time off, which begins to accrue on date of hire [0-3 years = 16 days/year, 21 days thereafter]
  2. The J. Crane & Company, P.C. currently grants nine paid holidays per year.

Tuition Reimbursement

  1. $1,000 per graduate level course after six months of employment
  2. Full CPA firm exam reimbursement, including travel and expenses
