listing its shares on the U.S. public market. Imperial Resources, Inc. holds
mining rights to a mineral claim in India, where the Company hopes to discover
gold reserves or other lucrative mineral deposits.

firm’s appointment as the auditor of record of four newly acquired
clients, all of which are public companies traded on the U.S. stock exchanges
and the appointment as auditor of record of two new clients who both
intend to file initial public offerings during 2008 to trade in the U.S.
public markets. The firm also announced the hiring of its new staff accountant,
Xin Sun, the opening of the firm’s Hong Kong office and the completion
of the firm’s renovations at its headquarters in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
